Special Events Ministry

What:

  • Providing a welcome and comforting environment for attendees of special events

Why:

  • Colossians 3:17 “Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, givingthanks through Him to God the Father.”
  • Exodus 28:2; 36:2 “You shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother for glory and for beauty…
    Then Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every skillful person in whom the Lord had put skill,
    everyone whose heart stirred him, to come to the work to perform it.”

How:

  • Keeping an annual calendar of events for planning in a timely manner
  • Coordination of special events including weddings, funerals, holiday programs, etc.

Who:

  • Ministry coordinators
  • Volunteers from the Ladies Ministry and from College & Career

When:

  • Prior to and during special events (including various conferences, Pie & Praise, Church Picnic, etc.)

Where:

  • At TCBC or otherwise designated location
