Teaching Christians Biblical Christianity

Children’s Christian Education

“You, however, continue in the things you have
learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have
learned them, and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings
which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation
through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” – 2 Timothy 3: 13-15

“Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one!
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and
with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am
commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them
diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in
your house and when you walk by the way and when you
lie down and when you rise up.” – Deuteronomy 6:4-8

Our Christian Education ministry exists to teach the children of Twin Cities Bible Church the truth of the Scripture, which is able to lead them to salvation and allow them to become fruitful citizens in God’s Kingdom

Children’s Christian Education takes place during Sunday mornings, from 9:00 – 10:00AM. Every week begins with a group worship and a singing time that includes children of all ages and their teachers.

Pre-K and Kindergarten children are taught various bible lessons throughout the year, and these younger classes can include crafts, story-time, and singing. 1st grade through 6th grade use material from Generations of Gracewhich covers the character of God and His redemptive plan. Each teacher creates an environment that is appropriate for the skill and knowledge level of their class, while ensuring the deep truths of the Scripture are always emphasized.
Junior and Senior High classes study various books of the Bible throughout the year, often going through a complete book start to finish as well as topical bible studies. If you have any questions regarding our different classes, want to know more about our curriculum, or have any general questions about our Children’s Education, please reach out to our ministry leader, Jack Fremont at jackfremont@tcbc.us.
