  • Pastor Lloyd Johnson

    Pastor Lloyd Johnson

    Pastor Lloyd Johnson grew up in the sunny state of Florida, receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida. After his conversion in 1981, he ministered in various roles in local churches, including a brief career in Christian Education. In 1987, the Lord called him to Southern California to study at the Master’s Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity degree. In November of 1990, the fellowship of Twin Cities Bible Church called him to be its pastor, where he continues to serve the Lord. Lloyd and his lovely wife, Ronna, were married in 1988 and have six daughters, two sons, and two grandchildren.

  • Elder Jack Fremont

    Elder Jack Fremont

    Jack Fremont and his wife Becky reside in Lake Elmo, MN. They have three grown, married children, and eight grandchildren. In 1988, the Lord used an invitation to a Bible study at Twin Cities Bible Church, the preaching at TCBC, as well as the faithful prayers of a recently saved wife, as a means to open his eyes to his Savior. Jack and Becky were graciously saved within months of each other and were baptized together in 1989. Jack is an Elder at TCBC and has served as a Deacon, and Deacon Chairman before being called as an Elder. Jack has oversight of the Children’s Education Department and teaches High School Sunday School. He has taught Parenting Classes, Pre-marital classes, Adult Education, and Youth group. Jack works full time as the General Manager of Midwest Diesel. He is thankful for God’s grace, mercy, and patience, and for a devoted wife and loving family.

  • Elder Jim Seifert

    Elder Jim Seifert

    Jim Seifert is a Twin Cities native and has served as an Elder at Twin Cities Bible Church for over 20 years. He has received comprehensive training from Growing Families International, as well as instruction in Biblical counseling. Jim oversees family ministries, including pre-marriage, marriage, and family counseling. In addition, he leads the music ministry. Aside from his ministry in the church, Jim works full time in sales and marketing for Midwest Diesel. He and his faithful wife, Teresa, have 3 grown children and 12 grandchildren. Jim and Teresa reside in Afton, MN.

  • Elder Steve Drager

    Elder Steve Drager

    Steve Drager lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife Christy and their three daughters, Justine, Audrey, and Sadie. Steve has been saved since he was ten, and has attended Twin Cities Bible Church with his family since 1997. Steve studied youth ministries and youth work at Western Baptist College in Salem, Oregon.  Since coming to Twin Cities Bible Church, Steve has served as a deacon and deacon chair before becoming an elder in November of 2015. Steve works full-time as TCBC's Pastoral Assistant, and has oversight of our College and Career ministries,  Junior and Senior High youth groups, church membership, and nursery program.



  • Jeff Brandt

    Jeff Brandt

    Jeff Brandt was raised in New Brighton, MN, and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1995, while living in Eau Claire, WI, Jeff accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He has been a member of TCBC since 2002, and a deacon since 2011. He enjoys spending time in God's Word, leading men's book studies, and golfing. Jeff and his wife, Krista, have two daughters and live in Wyoming, MN.

  • Todd Milbrath

    Todd Milbrath

    Todd Milbrath grew up on a dairy farm in southwestern MN and currently lives in Mounds View with his wife, Kay, and their four children: Benjamin, Caleb, Isaac and Hannah. He has been a member of TCBC since being born again in 1996. Todd has been the Treasurer of TCBC since 2003 and has participated in a variety of ministries in the church. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mankato State University along with a CPA certificate. Todd is a Senior Financial Consultant with HealthPartners where he has been employed since 1989.

  • Jim Wilcox

    Jim Wilcox

    Jim Wilcox grew up in Hastings Minnesota, and after graduation went on to pursue a degree in music at a local university. Being a new believer at age 18, he transferred to Northwestern College where he continued to pursue a career in music and studying Bible and theology. While at Northwestern College, he met Michelle, and they have been married for 13 years. Jim and Michelle have six children. After marriage and having two children, Jim went back to school to pursue a career in HVACR, and has been working in the field since then, and is currently an estimator/project manager for a local contractor. Jim is involved with the men’s ministry at TCBC, and enjoys helping with projects around the church.

  • Todd Dobosenski

    Todd Dobosenski

    Todd Dobosenski was born in Cloquet, Minnesota and has been a member of TCBC since 1992. Todd and his wife, Sue, were married in 1979 and have lived in the St. Paul area since then. Their son Corey and his wife Mandy have a son named Lucas. Todd received a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the College of St. Scholastica in 1978. He is retired from the United States Postal Service where he worked as a supervisor on the night shift for 26 years. Todd has served as Deacon Chairman and faithfully as a deacon for many years for TCBC. Todd also enjoys serving in the music ministry on Sundays where he plays tuba in the orchestra and occasionally concertina.

  • Jason Fremont

    Jason Fremont

    Jason Fremont was saved as a teenager and has attended TCBC since a young age, after his parents became believers. Jason has a BA in History from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, and married Megan in 2011. They live in Stillwater, MN with their two children, Emery and Everett. Jason and Megan have served as youth leaders since they were married and have enjoyed it immensely, and plan to continue for as long as they are able. Jason is also a part of the Building and Grounds Committee, which helps with projects to keep the TCBC grounds in good working condition. Jason and Megan both love serving the church body in any way they can.
